With over 40 years of executive leadership experience, Ronnie Cain has built a distinguished career spanning public safety, government administration, and private sector operations. He currently serves as President of Strategic Security and Patrol, leading operational strategy and school safety initiatives. Previously, he held leadership roles as Vice President of a private investigations firm and General Manager of multiple service companies, managing operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. His public service career includes 30 years with the City of Windcrest, Texas, where he served as City Manager and Chief of Police, overseeing city operations, budgeting, public safety, and community programs. Known for his strategic mindset and commitment to safety and efficiency, he has also collaborated with state legislators to develop school safety programs and served as a law enforcement instructor. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
